CDV USA has signed a co-publishing agreement with Buka Entertainment that will cover multiple titles to be released in the United States, Canada and Mexico for the next five years. The first two titles to be released under this agreement will be Pacific Storm and Hard Truck Apocalypse.

EA today announced that its C&C RTS franchise is returning in full force with Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.
