After The Third Age, this would be EA's second attempt at developing an RPG set in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings universe. While there are no details, The White Council is mentioned in the trilogy as a body formed to prevent Sauron from obtaining the One Ring, and includes Gandalf but also Saruman before turning evil.
