Ascaron has released the first patch for its trading/strategy game Tortuga: Pirates of the New World (distributed by Encore as Pirate Hunter in North America). This update brings your retail game to v1.1 and fixes a copy protection problem where the game refuses to start on certain machines with Windows XP and Service Pack 2 installed (thanks Patches).

Earlier this year we reported that EALA was already working on the next installment in the MoH franchise for nearly six months. The new title will be a Band of Brothers (or Brothers in Arms) type title, but more importantly, it was mentioned that Airborne would be a PS3 launch title. Initially scheduled for February, GTI Racing has been delayed until early March.
