Climax today reaffirmed its position as one of the most ambitious video game developers in the industry after striking a development agreement with leading international developer and publisher Fluent Entertainment. Under the agreement Climax will develop two new games for Fluent Entertainment, one at its London office and the other at its Solent studio.

TDK Mediactive announced today that two Muppet-filled games have shipped to retail shelves. Muppets Party Cruise is available for the PlayStation2 and Spy Muppets: License to Croak is available for the Game Boy Advance. Microsoft Game Studios today announced that Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna has blazed a trail onto retail shelves in North America for an estimated retail price of $29.95 (U.S.). Legends of Aranna, the expansion pack to the award-winning action fantasy role-playing game Dungeon Siege, takes place on the mysterious Island of Utrae, where mystery and danger confront would-be adventurers at every turn. As an extra bonus, the Legends of Aranna expansion pack also includes the full version of the original Dungeon Siege.

Project Three Interactive has released a new and updated playable demo for its FPS game New World Order. With this new version the game’s playable demo is now upgraded to version 1.42, the same version as the full game has already been upgraded to earlier.
