Shrapnel Games is now offering a playable demo of the new tactical war game from the creatures of Brigade Combat Team, Armored Task Force. GoneGold has just reported that the PC version of Codemaster's "Prisoner Of War" just went gold and is due to arrive in stores somewhere next week. Already available on PS2 and Xbox, Prisoner of War is an 'escape adventure' game where "you play the role of Lewis Stone, a US pilot sent on reconnaissance in the midst of World War II, to investigate strange goings-on in the POW camps of Europe. Encore today announced that it has signed an exclusive co-publishing agreement with Phantagram Interactive, an international publisher and distributor of electronic entertainment software, to bring five new videogames and PC games to market. Under this agreement, Phantagram will deliver game content, while Encore will manage sales and distribution in North America. The first of these games will be Phantom Crash, a 3D mech action game scheduled for release by year end on the Xbox.
