UbiSoft send us some new screenshots for Evolution Worlds, the first traditional RPG for the GameCube. Evolution Worlds combines the stories from the best-selling Dreamcast games, Evolution and Evolution 2, into one continuous, epic RPG! Check out energetic hero Mag Launcher, mysterious heroine Linear Cannon, the protective butler Gre Nade, the flirtatious Pepper Box and the feisty Chain Gun in next generation GameCube style. Evolution Worlds also features new voice parts for more than 100 characters. Evolution Worlds is targeted to launch this fall. International House of Mojo has a Q&A with Ron Gilbert (creator of classic adventure games such as Monkey Island) talking about his new company Hulabee Entertainment. GameSpot has a Neverwinter Nights Q&A with Greg Zeschuk and Ray Muzyka (joint CEO's of BioWare) talking about the project's background, their part in the developments and plenty of game info and future plans. Swingerz Golf (Xbox) - Features & Screens

Eidos announced a new golf title called Swingerz Golf which will make its way to the Nintendo GameCube this Fall. The game is an English version of Japanese development studio Telenet's game, Wai Wai Golf. Swingerz Golf offers six different courses, 14 insane characters, lots of mini-games, and four modes of play (1-4 players) including Tournament, Stroke, Match and Short Course. This is not your daddy's golf game.

'Age Of Wonders II: The Wizards Throne' Now Available In Stores

Kemco brings stealth-based animation and detective elements to their highly anticipated Batman: Dark Tomorrow. Based on an original storyline written by Batman writer Scott Peterson and Kenji Terada from Final Fantasy I, II and III, Batman must stop the gang war, infiltrate Arkham Asylum and rescue Commissioner Gordon while facing evil foes such as Black Mask, Scarface and the Ventriloquist, Killer Croc, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy and the Joker.

New Half-Life & Counter-Strike Update Patches Available NOW

As expected, the version 1.1.1.0 patches for Half-Life and version 1.0.0.5 patches for the retail edition of Counter-Strike are now available for download. This release includes the Ricochet mod, a new demo recording facility, additional anti-cheat measures, the new C-S map de_piranesi, and various other improvements and bug fixes. You can use the SierraUp utility (from the "Configuration->Update" menu) that was distributed with previous releases, and Steam users should be able to upgrade around this time as well.
