Not quite sure what is going on, but the electricity keeps going out around here. It's kind of annoying when you're trying to writes articles or do laundry. Not cool at all!
Karaoke fans in China are going through a rough patch, as the communist government has
updated its blacklist with a slew of songs no longer permitted to be played. Starting mid-Sept., 100 unapproved or unregistered from local pop stars, as well as Western celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and a 12-year-old Backstreet Boys track are no longer allowed to be played.
On a different note, British sports bar Mad Dog in the Fog surprised its regulars with
airing StarCraft II tournaments for 50+ geeks, which even spawned a new name: Barcraft.
