Whatever goes up, must go down, and it has proven to be no different for the WP servers. They've been reliable for many years with only a few minor hiccups, but our luck has run out all at once. One of our file servers went belly-up with a double hard drive failure, our mail server crapped out, and we also decided to move our main web server to a new and faster location.
