The War of the Worlds is an upcoming 2D cinematic platformer inspired by the seminal work of beloved author H.G. Wells that pits players in a story of survival as a lone person trying to escape chaos and destruction amidst an alien invasion in 1950s London.

Rage is set in postapocalyptic wasteland after a meteor hits Earth and wipes out civilizations. Rage is an all-new take on the first-person shooter, developed using id Software's new Tech5 engine.

The Pirates of The Flying Fortress story plunges the player headlong into an adventure that is more than astonishing! Exotic flair, new enemies, new settings and new weapons - fans are in for a shocking surprise!

THQ has confimed that it has shut down Homefront developer Kaos Studios, as well as Digital Warrington (previously known as Juice Games). The Homefront franchise will be moved to its Montreal studio, while employees from the closed outfits will be given the chance to transfer to other locations within the THQ group. While no specifics were given as to why the two developers were shut down, the statement attributed "a strategic realignment within its internal studio structure" for the closures.

To mark the debut of the Nintendo eShop the weekly Nintendo Download is about to get a makeove, as starting June 16, the Nintendo Download will include information about the newest additions to the Nintendo eShop.

The birthday festivities have come to an end, and it was awesome. While the party wasn't exactly a surprise, I did not know what the plans were, so it all got exciting when a white limo pulled up and shuttled me and a few friends to an unknown location. We met up with some more friends and then took a little boat to a tiny island. Turns out the captain of the boat built himself a party refuge back in the '70s just outside the marina (about a 30-second ride), which he slowly turned into a restaurant over the years. The staff was awesome, the food was great, and the company was even better!

Oh and prior to that, we watched The Hangover II, Hanna, and the latest episode of Game of Thrones. All quite good stuff ...

Cave Story is an action-adventure game overflowing with unmatched charm and character, taking players into a world where a race of rabbit-like creatures, called Mimigas, run free on a serene floating island.

We have all arrived home safely from our E3 trip. While it was fun, it's even better to be home again. We're going to relax a bit this weekend and have a little celebration on Sunday as it is my birthday, but apart from that, it should be pretty relaxing.
