MotorStorm Arctic Edge sees the music, the festival and the brutal off-road racing arrive in the breathtaking yet lethal and unpredictable setting of Alaska. With temperatures plummeting, sudden avalanches, broken ice bridges, and three different racing altitudes, this is possibly the most inhospitable environment the MotorStormers have ever had to deal with.
Inspired by the popular and addictive “tower defense” genre in PixelJunk Monsters Deluxe, the player controls a defender-of-the-forest character in a lush 2D environment. The player’s goal is to strategically defend the pathway to his homebase from an onslaught of various threatening monsters.
MAG may be massive but it is an action shooter at its core. You can run around and shoot enemies, throw grenades, and drive vehicles just like any other shooter except with MAG you’ll do it with up to 256 players.
