D3Publisher of America's Puzzle Quest: Galactrix, developed by Infinite Interactive, incorporates a powerful blend of casual and hardcore gameplay elements, similar to Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, into an all-new futuristic, science-fiction setting.

Set in the year 1939, Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings follows the rogue archaeologist on an all-new globe-trotting quest. Ubisoft announced it will be expanding its studio operations to Vancouver, BC, Canada through the acquisition of video game developer Action Pants Inc.
