'NHL 2K9' (ALL) Announced, Cover Athlete Signed

2K Sports has signed three-time NHL All-Star and captain of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Rick Nash, as the cover athlete and spokesman for NHL 2K9. Visual Concepts has taken over the development and are building a brand new experience from the ground up to create an additively fun sport simulation of the NHL.

Last night SEGA gathered the press in San Francisco to announce its multi-title agreement with Platinum Games (former Capcom/Clover developers). While the fourth title remains a secret (by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami), MadWorld (Wii), Bayonetta (PS3/X360), and Infinite Line (NDS) were announced.
