ND Games announces 9th Company: Roots of Terror, a new action-oriented RTS developed by Lesta Studios, creators of Pacific Storm, using their brand-new proprietary engine.

While Tim Schafer's Double Fine outfit is currently working on Brutal Legend, the former LucasArts employee received a lot of praise for his previous action/adventure project, Psychonauts — although that did not translate in sales. Now it seems Schafer may be re-visiting the universe as Double Fine's project page reveals an unannounced title "coming soon," clearly referring to the Psychonauts franchise. Sequel? Wii port? Expansion?

Aion is the ultimate MMORPG with strengthened interaction between players. Aion’s world consists of 3 realms - the heavens, the devildom and the dragon realm. Players will experience dynamic communications with the world of Aion as they conduct strategic battles.

Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law is a fully animated interactive adventure, allowing players will step into the shiny wingtips of Harvey Birdman, a third-rate superhero turned third-rate defense attorney charged with exonerating parodied classic cartoon characters. While the game itself is finished, Capcom's Christian Svensson revealed that it has opted to delay the game until early 2008 to avoid getting buried in the holiday rush.

Revealed at a Viva Pinata panel held by Rare during Comic-Con 2007, the NDS edition will be based on the original game, and feature a few differences like top-down view, usage of the touch-screen and improved controls.

Supreme Commander is an RTS featuring an action-packed storyline. In the 37th Century, the galaxy is torn apart by three rival factions, each vying to eradicate its enemies from the universe, end the Infinite War and become the reigning power supreme. GPG's Chris Taylor revealed SupCom is coming to consoles, Xbox 360 version most likely prior to PS3.
