Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End invites players to "live and die by the sword" as they venture to the worlds of the films and beyond while playing as Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann. Disney Interactive Studios has released a 570m demo, allowing you to try the first level tutorial.

Last year it was already revealed that Guilty Gear XX Accent Core was making its way from the arcades to the PS2, but according to Japanese magazine Famitsu it is now also coming to the Wii. Using both the Nunchuk/Wiimote and the original controller for combos, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core is currently only scheduled for release in Asia July 26, 2007.

Michael Bay's visual effects company Digital Domain is branching out and is getting into game development according to the LA Times. Having recently approached by Microsoft to put together TV commercials for Gears of War and Halo 3, it seems Digital Domain is planning to develop four or five games over the next two years. For the past few years video games and movies are slowly merging and Digital Domain wants to form its own games unit and is looking to acquire one or more game firms this year to tie them into its visual-effects projects.
