TimeGate Studios, known for the Kohan series, Axis & Allies and F.E.A.R. Extraction Point, announced today that it will unveil three new titles in 2007 and embark on a major hiring initiative to attract the best developers from around the world.

Transformers: The Game lets gamers control the outcome in the battle for Earth as they choose to protect it as Autobots or destroy it as Decepticons. Players will also experience the unstoppable power and massive scale of their favorite Robots in Disguise such as Bumblebee, Barricade and others.

Stray Bullet Games, formerly known as Wolfpack Studios who developed Shadowbane for Ubisoft, has licensed Simultronics’ HeroEngine still untitled, MMO. A year into development the studio has grown, and moved into the pre-production phase.

Nostradamus: The Last Prophecy, developed by The Secrets of Da Vinci's Kheops Studio, is a classic point-and-click adventure game. Nostradamus sends his daughter Madeleine to help Catherine de Medici, who thinks she has been cursed. As practicing medicine is a male occupation, the game allows you to disguise as Madeleine's brother Cesar to interact with other NPCs.

In an on-camera interview with Swedish GameReactor, Gearbox's Randy Pitchfork revealed that Aliens is making great progress and is currently scheduled for next-gen "platforms" in 2009. The focus of the game will be on the colonial marines battling the acid-spewing aliens. Talks with Aliens RPG developer Obsidian have taken place, but both titles have since gone in different directions. Gearbox has also met with Hollywood director Michael Mann to talk about Heat (starring Al Pacino & Robert de Niro), and while work on that project has yet to start, both parties are very interested in proceeding.

Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution is a North American Wii exclusive title, and will include characters that have never been featured in the Clash of Ninja game series. The game will follow the storyline of the television series and will take advantage of the Wiimote in fast-paced ninja action for up to four players in nine different gameplay modes.

A historically-based strategy game derived from the history of Canada, HistoriCanada: The New World will allow players to explore the parameters of their Canadian past and even alter outcomes of historical events that, at one point, were unresolved or uncertain.

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 will feature changing climate, improved AI, an advanced Cross-Com system, air strikes from jet fighters, new weapons and a new soldier class, the Medic. In case you hadn't seen it earlier, Ubisoft will release a multiplayer demo on June 7.

Nexon America announced that its newest free-to-play, massively multiplayer online dance game, Audition, has hit 100,000 registered users in North America.
