SouthPeak Interactive announced that CDV Software has waived all disputed claims against SouthPeak and its subsidiaries., alleviating SouthPeak of all alleged financial obligation to CDV.

On Monday, 12th of April 2010 cdv Software Entertainment AG filed for preliminary insolvency, which only applies to cdv Software Entertainment AG, as subsidiaries and affiliated companies, such as cdv Deutschland GmbH, cdv Software Entertainment USA and cdv Software Entertainment Ltd are currently not affected.

Matrix Games and cdv Software Entertainment USA have signed a publishing agreement to bring multiple acclaimed cdv Software Entertainment titles to the Matrix Games community.

cdv Software and US publisher Gamecock Media Group have signed a strategic agreement that grants cdv AG exclusive rights to license, market and distribute Gamecock’s titles in Europe.

cdv Software expects to report a revenue before returns and conditions of about 24 million EUR for the business year concluding on Dec. 31, 2007. CDV USA has signed a publishing agreement with Sirius Games to bring Paradise City to North America. Paradise City is a blended action-RPG and strategy game for the PC that asks the player to infiltrate a gang-infested city on the Eastern seaboard in order to root out rampant corruption and violence.

Announcing the launch of the official website, CDV USA re-confirms that, after selling the license to 10Tacle, it will still publish Digital Reality's 3D alternate history RTS War Front: Turning Point in North America, scheduled for February 19, 2007. In the coming weeks, the site will being showcasing new videos, screenshots, developer commentary and other assets.

CDV USA has signed Runaway: The Dream of the Turtle, an adventure game with 3D characters with a cartoon look and high-impact visual features that include 2D and 3D in an unmatchable style.
