Reakktor Media and 10Tacle Studios are today raising the curtain to reveal the modernised game world of their action-packed MMORPG Neocron 2: Beyond Dome of York. The Evolution 2.1 Update offers numerous improvements, first and foremost a comprehensive update of the graphics engine.

Neocron developer Reakktor.com announced today that it is developing a free upgrade for its futuristic cyberpunk MMORPG Neocron 2. The upgrade called Neocron Evolution 2.1 will contain a sizeable graphics package updating i.e. the complete vegetation of the game world and weapon models. There will also be major changes to the game engine, with improvements to areas like shadows, physics and collisions. The upgrade will be released in quarter 4 2005.

Voodooextreme got some new screenshots posted for this upcoming MMORPG, Neocron (our recent posted screens is available here). The open beta test will begin early August, and the game is due out Q4 of this year.
