Konami Digital Entertainment America today announced that Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes will be shipping worldwide in March 2004. Exclusively designed for Nintendo GameCube, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes will hit retail outlets in North America on March 9, followed by Japan and Europe on March 11 and 26, respectively.

Konami has released a new patch for Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance which enables support for ATI Radeon videocards, and also takes care of a language selection issue for the European version. the official website for their upcoming stealth action game Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes website. The site sports a wealth of new info, some new screenshots, the E3 trailer (

It reached the Silver ELSPA Award level (for sales of over 100,000 units) within the same week the title was released.
