Enlight today unveiled the Official Website for their recently announced title Wars and Warriors: Joan of Arc. The official Joan Of Arc website contains the latest screens released from the Enlight development team and will serve as a central location for players to receive the latest information on Joan of Arc.

The romance between Hollywood and the video game industry is suddenly a lot chillier after the studio behind "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life" on Monday cited problems with a related game for the sequel's weaker-than-expected debut. The movie and video game industries have grown closer in recent years as films increasingly are tied in to games and games, in turn, are licensed as movies.

EA has launched the official website for their alternate-history squad-based action game Freedom Fighters. Jaleco just informed us that they have launched the official website for their upcoming RTS 'Goblin Commander'. To kick-off the official 'Goblin Commander' website features a gallery of concept art and the recently released screenshots showing the two-month design enhancement from the 24-member art team. Noticed on ToTheGame that Rockstar Games has launched a teaser website for Remedy's upcoming Max Payne sequel, Max Payne 2: The Fall Of Max Payne. Even for a teaser site it doesn't offer much apart from some Max Payne 2 wallpapers & icons, or the the official screensaver. Expect Max Payne 2 to appear on store shelves Fall 2003.

Activision has released the, unsupported, beta update for Ritual's newly available sci-fi FPS "Star Trek Elite Force II", bringing the dedicated Win32 server to v1.01. This update is for server administrators ONLY (useless for multiplayer clients or other game owners) and removes the requirement of needing the game CD in the CD-ROM drive. Noticed on HomeLAN that Activision's Doug Pearson has posted up a note on the Ritualistic forums with an update on their plans for the Star Trek: Elite Force II (already available in Europe, coming later this week in North America). Specifically a beta fix will soon be tested and later released for dedicated servers to no longer require the game to be in the CD-Rom drive, as well as mod tools for the community.
