THQ and Relic Entertainment today unveiled the fourth race in their PC title, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War. Previously, the two companies had announced that the Space Marines, Chaos and Orks would be featured as playable races in the game that is expected to deliver the most visceral frontline combat ever delivered in an RTS. Today, the two companies confirmed that the strong and powerful Eldar will be the fourth race. The Eldar's unrivaled psychic powers and powerful infantry make them a powerful force in the galaxy.
EA Officially Announces 'Xbox Live' Support

Electronic Arts today announced one of the most anticipated events in the history of videogames: EA and Microsoft have struck an agreement that will allow players of EA SPORTS and EA GAMES titles to compete and play online through Xbox Live. DreamCatcher Games today announced that it will publish Cold War for PC. Cold War is a single-player game and will feature downloadable content for Windows. The game has an expected ESRB rating of ‘T’ for Teen and will ship in winter 2004. An Xbox version of this title is planned for 2005.
