Playlogic announces it has acquired RTL Enterprises' point-and-click adventure game Simon the Sorcerer 4: Chaos Happens, in which players take control of the witty sorcerer during his new quest in the Magic World.

After recently getting approved as PSP/PS2 publisher in North America, Playlogic announced that it has signed a global publishers license for the PS3, allowing it to publish PS3 games in all territories worldwide.

Game publisher Playlogic Entertainment has signed a French-territory distribution agreement with Koch Media France for its next three titles published in Q3 2007: Xyanide Resurrection (PS2/PSP), Obscure 2 (PC/PS2) and Evil Days of Luckless John (PC).

Sparta: Ancient Wars is an innovative RTS game based on historical events and timelines, not featuring myths or legends. Due to multiple material breaches committed by PlayLogic, developer WorldForge has terminated its agreement as of June 1, 2007. All rights reverted back to WorldForge, which appointed Play Ten Interactive as a worldwide agent for the game on the same date.

The non-linear plot of Officers preserves the established facts of the origins of WWII and allows gamers to lead any of three sides to victory: USSR, Germany and Allies (GB and USA). The game recreates the real structures of all participants' armies, using the real arsenal, equipment and military techniques.

Playlogic announced that its revenues went up 30% (from $2.7M to $3.5M) compared to last year, as well as its profit and shares, primarily due to newly released PC titles such as Infernal and Ancient Wars: Sparta. By the same token, Playlogic announced that it is expecting to raise $10 million in a private placement from accredited investors within weeks.

Playlogic and Eidos Interactive announced the signing of an agreement for Eidos to distribute two of Playlogic's highly anticipated PC titles, RTS Ancient Wars: Sparta, and 3rd action game Infernal, in the first quarter of 2007.

Playlogic announced that its in-house studio extended its first-party development agreement with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited (SCEE) from earlier this year. One of the two in-house teams will continue to work on an undisclosed project.

Playlogic has released its first quarter 2006 results, and while net revenue climbed 440% (from $0.5M to $2.7M), so did its operating loss ($0.56M to $1.2M), mainly due to higher selling, marketing, general and administrative expenses. PlayLogic is currently developing 11 titles spanning all platforms.

Playlogic today announced the signing of a worldwide licensing agreement with Red Bull for the publishing and production of a break dance video game. The game is based on the 'Red Bull BC One Event,' will be produced for various platforms, and will be released in 2007.

Playlogic today announced that its in-house studio, Playlogic Game Factory, signed a first-party development agreement with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. Currently Playlogic has 11 games on 16 platforms under development, and one of the two in-house teams will develop the yet undisclosed project.

Playlogic today announced the acquisition of Captain Blood for Xbox360 and PC, being developed by Russian studio Akella. Captain Blood is a pirate action game based on Rafael Sabatini’s novel, Captain Blood: His Odyssey, about the notorious Captain Peter Blood.

Playlogic and DC Studios today announced the signing of a worldwide publishing agreement for State of Emergency 2 on PS2, planned for release in the Q4 2005. State of Emergency 2 takes place 10 years after the original and has Spanky, Bull and MacNeill again up against the Corporation. This time, they not only have access to guns but also - for the first time - helicopters, speedboats, Tanks and APCs and new team members.

Donar Enterprises and Playlogic International announced today the closing of a share exchange transaction, all holders of ordinary shares of Playlogic exchanged their shares for Donar common stock. As a result, Playlogic has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Donar, and Playlogic's former shareholders now collectively own 21,836,924 shares of Donar common stock, representing 94.8% of Donar's outstanding shares.
