THQ announced earlier this weeks that the previously named Summoner: The Prophecy has be re-titled as Summoner: A Goddess Reborn.. One of the best-selling RPG’s on PlayStation2, Summoner introduced RPG fans to an original and immersive fantasy universe. Summoner 2 continues the unique fantasy on GameCube.

THQ has informed us know that they have launched the official web site for their upcoming Gamecube role-playing game, "Summoner The Prophecy". The new site has character bios, the latest screens, and a ton of general information. Summoner The Prophecy ships for the GameCube during Q2 2003, and follows Maia, Queen of the Halassar, as she fulfills her prophecy foretold in the ‘Book of the Prophets’. THQ and Volition have announced that a Nintendo Gamecube version of Summoner 2 is currently in development and will be available in early 2003.
