The America's Army: Real Heroes sequel allows players to fight as actual decorated soldiers, such as Wolford. in October Eidos revealed its FPS Zero Tolerance: City Under Fire it seemed to be a new product, but then as it turned out it was in fact the now defunct Argonaut Games' Roll Call. On
Nov. 18 2005 we reported that Eidos was getting sued for Copyright Infringement in North America and had to explain its case before the U.S. Patent Office as Zero Tolerance was a 1994 Megadrive game with that same name, from developer Technopop. As a result Zero Tolerance is now known as Urban Chaos : Riot Response.
