This new expansion for K2 Network's Sword of the New World MMORPG introduces the land of Caebolan, four new UPCs, new weapons, armors, and accessories that will be needed to defeat the titan and take on the abominations of the cursed Caebolan. New events like the Royal Rumble have been added, while pre-expansion events like Andre's UFC now allow lower level players.

Sony announced the availability of the v4.01 system software update for PSP. Nothing really new in this minor update, basically only optimizing the new features, such as display of search results under Internet Search has been improved for certain languages, and playback of video content under Video has been improved for certain file types.

As promised, Sony has released the latest v2.36 PS3 firmware update, improving system stability when playing certain PlayStation titles. At the same time Sony also made available a new firmware update for the PSP, bringing it to v4.00 and adding Google Internet search directly to the XMB interface, and the ability to change viewing speed during playback of videos stored on your Memory Stick PRO Duo.

Sony has rolled out the v2.35 PS3 system software update, and the relatively minor update improves stability of some PS3 titles, but unfortunately did not give any details whatsoever. However SCEA stated that "to clarify that this upcoming firmware update isn't related to GTA IV. For those of you who may still have an issue playing the game on your PS3, we have identified a solution that should resolve the issue. You can contact SCEA Consumer Services for support.

Qmotions has signed a North American licensing agreement with Microsoft, allowing it to incorporate Microsoft’s Xbox 360 wireless technology in its game controllers. As promised Sony has rolled out the v2.30 PS3 system software update, not only revamping the Playstation Store, but also adding DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS-HD High Resolution Audio. Some new content has also been added: SEGA Superstars Tennis demo, Super Stardust HD Solo Add-on Pack ($4.99), Lair Dragons and Control Pack (free). Later this week Gran Turismo 5 Prologue will be available and the Metal Gear Solid Online beta will launch.

After numerous complains from people experiencing problems with the v2.0 firmware update, Sony has released a new v2.1 edition of its PS3 system software improving not only stability of the system, but also PS3 and PS2 titles, and the Internet browser. There was also a problem with unintended power on through the Remote Start feature, which let you turn on the PS3 remotely using the PSP, which has now been disabled.
