Within Sacred Underworld, adventurers can look forward to a vastly increased game world, two brand new characters, a whole arsenal of exciting new weapons and hordes of new opponents to use them on. Launching 15th April 2005, Sacred Underworld is available as an expansion pack for Sacred (£19.99) or as Sacred Gold, combining both the original game and the expansion (£29.99).

Players of Sacred can look forward to a game world that is 40 percent bigger than before, two new characters with distinctive and stunning abilities, 30 fearsome types of opponents and plenty of additional weapons, items and armor. In Sacred Underworld, the player will be able to re-live the excitement of the entire original Sacred adventure with two new characters, the Daemon and the Dwarf; alternatively, it will be possible to continue the thrilling story of the fantasy world of "Ancaria" with existing characters. The new adventures of "SACRED Underworld" will be available in April 2005 for €24.99.

Sony Pictures has a new version of their Half-Life mod Underworld: Bloodline, a team based horror themed mod with four maps (2 new one's in this version) that is serving as a free promo for the upcoming action-horror film Underworld. The new updated version (also available in patch form) offers various small improvements along with a pair of new maps and a new Black Widow Spider weapon (thanks Bluesnews). Earlier this week there was word of the promotional Underworld: Bloodlines Halflife mod, but as it turns out Lucky Chicken Games is working on an action game based on Sony Pictures' upcoming action flick 'Underworld'. Sony Pictures has released the new Half-Life mod Underworld: Bloodline, a team based horror themed mod with two maps that is serving as a free promo for the upcoming action-horror film Underworld. Underworld Bloodline is a teamplay game similar to Capture the Flag, but uses a live target instead of a flag. Your goal is to find and capture the Hybrids and return them safely to a prison cell at your home base, battling any enemy fighters in your path (thanks HomeLAN). Read more for download links.

Phoenix Entertainment today released a batch of twelve new development screenshots from its upcoming 3D game, The Underworld: Crime Does Pay. The new screenshots show intense combat involving multiple underbosses and feature views from both the RTS-like overview perspective and the FPS-like ground level perspective. The shots also show a preliminary user interface which includes a RTS-style mini map with terrain details in the lower left corner.
