Earlier today there was a congressional hearing discussing video games, its content and laws to prevent minors from purchasing mature content. The Federal Trade Commission said it supports the video game industry's self-regulation of violent content but also stated an undercover sting operation revealed too many U.S. children (43%, down from 69% in 2003) are still able to buy Mature-rated games in stores.

Glory of the Roman Empire is an empire-building simulation set during the height of the glorious Roman Empire. In the game, the player assumes the roles of city planner, governor and military leader. Shortly after the German version, CDV has now released the English demo featuring half a dozen missions, in 2 cities.
