Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War is a detailed real-time strategy game that lets players completely command one of the four mightiest empires of the ancient world: Greece, Rome, Egypt, and Persia.

Space Rangers 2 is a turn-based RPG giving gamers an unprecedented level of freedom in a vast universe combining third and first person mech battles, RTS elements, classic text adventures, and an arcade style shooter. This massive demo includes the full game, allows you to play for 60 minutes, but you can restart the game and play again (thanks Blues).

D3Publisher of America and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced a licensing agreement for DC Comics/Vertigo's 100 Bullets, allowing D3PA to develop and publish console, handheld, and PC games based on the renowned comic book series. Whether this has anything to do with the previously cancelled Acclaim title, is not known.

Midway today announced today its product portfolio to be shown at the annual E3. This year's lineup includes titles such as Blitz: The League, UT2007 and MK: Armageddon, John Woo's Stranglehold, several kids titles and high-end PC titles such as The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar.

Naughty America: The Game is a new twist on the world of online dating, combining in-game chat functionality with real-world profiles along with a heaping dose of entertaining games and exploration features, intended for mature adults. Due to its "adult" content, the E3 organization did not allow it to participate.

Eidos and WBIE have signed a North American and European distribution agreement for Justice League Heroes, an action adventure game with role-playing customization featuring Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna and other unlockable Justice League super heroes.

Namco Bandai today announced a partnership with Dark Horse Comics to produce a comic book based on Hellgate London, providing the background story behind Flagship Studios' action/RPG.

Neverwinter Nights 2 is an RPG set in the fantasy world of the Forgotten Realms, one of the popular campaign settings of Dungeons and Dragons. It takes the player from the tiniest of villages into a sweeping tale of danger and war, chronicling their rise from a peasant to a full-fledged hero of the Realms, defending it against one of the greatest threats of the age.

Vivendi Games announced that indie music artist Kazy and his song Choke have won the Scarface: The World Is Yours Video Game Soundtrack Talent Search. Out of more than 70,000 votes Kazy's song came out on top and will not only be featured in the game, but Kazy will also open for rock band Wolfmother at a high-profile event in Hollywood this month.

Dynasty Warriors BroadBand (working title) is KOEI's second online multiplayer title (Unchartered Waters being the other), based on its popular hack'n slash series, currently available only in Japan. At this year's E3 KOEI will be presenting DW BB so we hope to get some time to check out an English version and get a feel for it.

Mid April Vivendi announced it had hired former Ubisoft COO Tremblay, but now it seems that this may not go into effect anytime soon. During his Ubisoft days Tremblay was a strong supporter of its one-year non-compete clause barring employees to jump ship to another developer/publisher. Now its seems Tremblay is victim of his own stance, as Ubisoft is taking him to court blocking his Vivendi appointment.

1C Company unveiled today the 5 titles to be shown at the E3 in May, 2006. 1C plans to release all of their top games for 2006 in the US for the first time. 1C’s new lineup spans multiple genres including a first-person action title, real-time strategy, simulation and role-playing games.

Square Enix and Buena Vista Games announced today that their PS2 exclusive action/rpg Kingdom Hearts II, has sold through more than one million units in North America, making it one of the top-selling new releases of 2006.

In Knights of the Temple 2 players will join the ultimate battle of Paul de Raque, Grand Master of the Order of the Temple and hero of the first game, and the forces of Hell. In Emergency 4 you can either play the 20 mission campaign or choose to try the randomly generated missions.
