Microsoft and Epic Records signed a one year exclusivity agreement to make artist content and high-definition music video downloads free for all X360 gamers. THQ today announced that it has acquired Austin, Texas based developer Vigil Games, which will be led by for former NCSoft project creator/director David Adams, and Marvel Comic's Uncanny X-Men artist Joe Madureira.
