Take 2 today announced preliminary net sales of $1.2 billion for its 2005 fiscal year and Q4 net sales of $308 million. The results reveal that College Hoops 2K6 and Top Spin 2 have been pushed back from Q1 to Q2 2006 to provide additional time for development. A few new games were also introduced, including the port of GTA: Liberty City Stories to a current-gen console (most likely the PS2), and two new titles for the PSP, including an all-new GTA offering.

Takeda 2 is a game of epic Samurai action, set in 16th century feudal Japan. Takeda 2 puts the player in the role of Daimyo, a feudal lord fighting for the title of Shogun, supreme military commander. The Mercury Post is reporting that a 26-year-old man was arrested on charges he molested a 14-year-old boy he met through Xbox Live. After meeting online their conversations progressed to sending e-mails, and web cam videos, including obscene clips. The teenager then still passed on his telephone # and address and they met in a Santa Rosa park in November where the alleged physical abuse occurred.
