Quick, what's the first thing you think of when someone says "Star Wars?" Whatever it is, it's probably not "Lego"… but after playing Lego Star Wars, that might be different. Relive the Star Wars saga as retold in Lego form, guiding an increasingly large cast through everything from adventures on Naboo to the Pod Race on Tatooine. Sure, the ships are made out of bricks and your characters are all little guys with detachable plastic hair, but that just makes Star Wars better.

According to
French fansite XboxMag the upcoming issue of GameInformer magazine will have the announcement that Oddworld Inhabitants is alreayd working on a new title in the Oddworld franchise. A few changes are certainly worth mentioning. For staters, the new title will apparently be rated "M" (Mature) and not be published by EA, but by Majesco instead. Unlike the Far West theme in Oddworld Stranger, the new game will take place in Fangustan, and that is also where the new title comes from "Oddworld: Fangus." Fangus is a shepperd who's quiet life is being interrupted by invaders (Fangustan = Afghanistan ?) and thus he will be called on to save the world. Gameplay will remain the same, switching between first and third person view. Oddworld: Fangus is scheduled for somewhere in 2006, Xbox or Xbox 2, more details will surely be released in a few months at E3.

Revealed on
the Korean Xbox website, it seems Microsoft and Bungie are gearing up to release a previously unannounced addon for Halo 2. Speculation has it that the Halo 2 X-Pack addon will feature eight new maps, but there is no confirmation from Microsoft in any way on the validity of the information. We contacted the Powers That Be and got the usual "no comment" reply, which could either mean it's bogus information or that an announcement is imminent and no details are supposed to be released yet. Sources also claim that after its initial retail debut, the addon will be released through Xbox Live at a pace of two maps at a time.
