Eidos Interactive announces that the No.1 selling Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is to be released on GameCube. Since its release on PlayStation 2, PC and Xbox in October this year, the game has enjoyed worldwide success having shipped in excess of one million units. Hitman 2: Silent Assassin on GameCube is currently being developed by IO Interactive and will be released in Spring 2003. Check out the first few screens from the Gamecube version!

Eidos has acquired the worldwide publishing rights to the game with the exception of Russia, Poland and South Korea. Eidos Interactive announces Way of the Samurai on PlayStation 2. The game reached No.1 in the Japanese gaming charts when it was released in February this year. Licensed from Japanese publisher Spike Co. Ltd, Way of the Samurai will be released in September in Europe and Australasia only.

Eidos Interactive, a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment, today announced that DX2: Invisible War is currently in development for the Xbox. This follow-up release to Deus Ex is being developed by Ion Storm, creators of the original game, and is slated to arrive in stores in 2003.
