In Dec. 2007 Atari received yet another notice from Nasdaq that it had 90 days to get its ducks in a row or it would be facing delisting. On March 24, 2008 it received a Staff Determination Letter that Atari had not gained compliance with the requirements, and that its securities are therefore subject to removal from The Nasdaq Global Market.

Ubisoft has signed a exclusive worldwide license agreement with EuropaCorp for the Arthur and the Minimoys sequels The games will be available worldwide in conjunction with the next two films: Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard for Holiday 2009 and Arthur and the Two Worlds War for Holiday 2010.

While EA revealed an impressive list of
titles in development for fiscal 2009 and beyond, Atari's financial statement was less impressive. While revenues are down and loss increased (mainly due to restructuring cost) compared to last year, it did, however, reveal some new titles as well. A new Neverwinter Nights 2 expansion is planned, as well as a mysterious multiplatform title, Airborne Rangers (PS3, X360,PC), and new casual titles like Panoramix Brain Trainer (NDS), Lucky Luke: Dalton (NDS), Hogs of War 2 (NDS/PS2/Wii/PC), Asterix at the Olympic Games (X360) and My Horse & Me 2 (NDS/PS2/Wii/X360/PC).
Atari Classics Evolved features timeless games such as Asteroids, Asteroids Deluxe, Battlezone, Centipede, Lunar Lander, Millipede, Missile Command, Super Breakout, Tempest, Warlords and Pong. These titles, presented in both an original and an evolved version, will maintain the original gameplay while adding up-to-date graphics.

Atari announced that Tempest, Battlezone and Warlords will also be hitting the Xbox Live Arcade soon, each with 12 achievements, support for up to 1080p as well as full-screen anti-aliasing and digital surround sound. Atari has finally submitted its delayed quarterly financial report for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007, and it's not looking good. Net revenue is down from last year's $19.5 million to $10.4M, while net loss was $11.9M compared to $7.3M during the same period last year. Atari stated that it has "substantial doubt about ability to continue as a going concern."
