Raven Software is looking for a hi-poly modeler who can model sci-fi and fantasy, with an emphasis on realistic science-fiction military characters, bio-mechanical creatures, human and alien weaponry, vehicles, machinery, and world models for Quake 4. The candidate must have experience modeling hi-poly models in the 200,000 to 4,000,000 poly range using Maya or Lightwave. A more realistic modeling style is required with a great understanding of anatomy. Strong artistic/concepting/painting skills would be a major plus, but not required. On the Raven Shield Platoon site you can find the third map released by Amon, member of the Raven Shield dev team. This map is considered an official map by Ubi Soft. Amon first intended this map to be Multiplayer and now it is. The map supports only Adversial MP modes (except for Pilot). The download is 1.69 Mb and you can grab it here!

Amon, Raven Shield dev team member, has released his Raven Shield 'ZEN' map. According to the official German and Italian Raven Shield web sites, this Zen map along with his previously released Close Quarters Map (included in the map-pack) are now considered "official maps." UbiSoft just send us word that next week we can expect a new patch for Rainbow 6 Ravenshield. This patch is released mostly to respond to problems some people have encountered with the CD Key system. The problem can occur when players have more than one network interface and the first one isn't their Internet connection. UbiSoft are now checking to see if the network interface used by Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield is the one connected to the Internet.
