Activision Blizzard
amended its counter lawsuit against two former executives, adding rival publisher/developer Electronic Arts, and added a hefty price tag on its claim, $400 million. Activision accuses EA of intentionally interfering with contracts, engaging in unfair competition and aided and abetted breaches of fiduciary duty by former Infinity Ward executives Jason West and Vince Zampella.

Call of Duty: Black Ops takes players behind enemy lines in an entirely new chapter in the first-person action series. Black Ops is set during the Cold War era featuring at least two main characters, multiplayer that will go beyond the single-player story, as well as a two- to four-player co-op mode.

Natural Selection 2 is the next evolution in multiplayer action/strategy gameplay and will be targeted for both competitive and public play. New features include dynamically changing environments, a new resource model, flexible game scripting and modes, and new weapons, abilities and upgrades.
Prinny 2 is a side-scrolling hack-and-slash action game. Players control a demon penguin that is known to be the "weakest monster in the netherworld." Players can run, jump, slash, execute special skills and ride tanks and jets to battle enemies.
