With the console edition of Champions Online put on ice, Cryptic explained why there will be no Star Trek Online on X360, as initially announced, saying that it wants to concentrating its efforts on the PC, but also saying that since its tech runs on

StarCraft II will feature the return of the Protoss, Terran, and Zerg races. It's overhauled and re-imagined with Blizzard's approach to game balance, and it's designed to be the ultimate competitive RTS game. In what may be a move to counter piracy in Russia, Blizzard has opted to sell the game at about half price and limited multiplayer functionality, with an option to extend battle.net service for a monthly fee, or a lifetime supply (thanks IncGamers).
