Clownkeep has update its website with the news that The Chronicles of Ny, its multi-episodic fantasy RPG, has been cancelled. Every episode was about 10-15 hours game time with a sprawling story that took place in a frontier province of the Great Kingdom of Ny, and was going to entertain, thrill and leave the player excited about upcoming episodes, allowing you to continue the character you had developed. Reason for the cancellation was rather vague : "there comes a point when life comes at you hard... and despite your passions, you have to get your priorities straight."

Expected spring 2006 in Japan, Dawn of Dreams is situated in 1598 and will have several new features and additions over previous titles, such as a new camera system, updated graphics and optimized gameplay mechanics. Last week Capcom put a countdown clock on its Japanese website, indicating an announcement was coming Saturday. Whether this was meant for Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams is not clear at the moment. the EBGames website, Namco's action game Dead to Rights is making its debut on a handheld with Dead to Rights: Reckoning. While it has not been offiically announced, the PSP version of the game is scheduled to ship May 1st and is priced at $39.99. Whether this will be an all-new product or a port from either one of the two previous titles is not known at this point. The Dead to Rigths titles are third-person, story-driven action-noir games delivering diverse gameplay mechanics, cinematic style and Hong Kong-inspired action. While Dead to Rights II pre-dates the original title, both games are set in Grant City's underworld where Jack Slate and his deadly K9 partner Shadow battle with various criminal organizations.
