Two years ago, we reported that Lionsgate had acquired the movie rights to Eidos' action game Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, with potential actor candidates Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton in the running to play death row escapees, "flawed mercenary" Kane and "medicated psychopath" Lynch, respectively. a recent interview, producer
Adrian Askarieh, who did the Hitman movie adaptation, revealed that
Bruce Willis is on board, saying that the script was "one of the best action scripts he's ever read." Askarieh is currently working on making a film adaptation of Just Cause and will start filming on Kane & Lynch in March 2010, with

Yesterday's NPD numbers were interesting; it's not so much a surprise that Halo 3: ODST topped the sales numbers or that PS3 outsold Wii and X360, but rather that The Beatles: Rock Band outsold Guitar Hero 5, even though
Activision claimed the franchise has been outselling EA's rhythm series 4-1, also
beating analysts' expectations.
Last night, we watched White Noise 2, with our newfound
WP hero Nathan Fillion, and it was quite decent. It hadn't been on our radar at all, but if you like the suspense/thriller genre, it's definitely worth a rental.
