No further information is known, and speculations whether it might concern a remake of its 1996 top-down racer are just that, but the filing does indicate it might be a downloadable title, either for a Good Old Games/Steam re-release or maybe a PSN/XBLA remake, as it makes mention of "printed instructions or printed hint manuals sold therewith as a unit."
