Set in a modern day survival-horror universe, the co-operative gameplay of Left 4 Dead casts four "Survivors" in an epic struggle against hordes of swarming zombies and terrifying "Boss Infected" mutants. Valve has released a server-side fix on all dedicated Left 4 Dead X360 servers to halt the cheating behavior reported by the community. A title update for those playing on user-hosted servers and/or via system link will be released in the coming days.

While Square Enix is putting the finishing touches on the NDS version of Dragon Quest IX, the first DQ title on a Nintendo system in 10 years, it revealed during a press conference in Japan that the next installment in the RPG franchise, Dragon Quest X, will be coming to the Wii. No further details were provided on the new title, but SE did confirm that DQ IX will be available in Japan March 28, 2009, and later in the year in North America.

Using a new technology called the "Pollux Engine Square Enix has created a true cross-platform game as it will be identical on both NDS and Wii. Use the stylus to control your character on the NDS while the Wiimote will mimic the same actions on the Wii. The game requires only one copy of the game to work on both systems and will be multiplayer compatible on both platforms.
