Valve lastest Steam Update has a few details on what to expect before the end of 2005. Next week Valve will release two new player models, one for each team, released for Counter-Strike: Source, as well as an update to Day of Defeat: Source, which will include a number of small changes. Early next year we can expect a completely rebuilt version of cs_milita. There is also a mention of Introversion's strategy/adventure Darwinia's four IGF nominations.

Originally scheduled for end of 2005, the official website indicates it has now been pushed back to "early 2006." Blade Dancer is a new Japanese 3D RPG, under development over at Sony, situated on a mysterious island, and has you play as a young hero Shane. Scheduled for release March 2006, no European or US date, if at all, has been announced yet.
