The Wall is an FPS with an emphasis on the single player mode. However, it also contains RPG and RTS elements that greatly enhance gameplay. The player's weapons are customizable, both in function and appearance. An RTS-like ranking system and team-based missions give the player the sense that he is not alone, but operating as part of a much larger conspiracy. The player character has hidden abilities that are discovered and unlocked during the game. As in an RPG, his abilities improve as he accumulates experience. The non-linear mission structure provides a rich and

Here’s what we know.
Predator: Concrete Jungle takes place on Earth, in a city called Weyland on the west coast of the United States, in two separate chapters a hundred years apart.
In the first chapter, a young Predator has come to Earth to hunt humans. Specifically, he’s come to hunt the members of the Borgia crime family, who rule Weyland with an iron fist. 1930s-style mob violence meets alien technology in the ensuing bloodbath. It does not go well for the Predator.
A hundred years later, that same Predator, fresh from a

Evil Days of Luckless John is an amazing mix of action, fighting and adventure! The player progresses through a number of action scenarios, some complicated logical problems and even a few more complicated and seemingly irrational ones. There's also climbing on roofs, falling down gorges, car chases, a wild tractor ride, shooting everything that moves, searching for things long forgotten, coming up with questions, finding answers, and finding one's way through mazes.

When a domesticated grizzly named Boog gets lured into leaving the creature comforts of home by a fast-talking mule deer named Elliott, he finds himself lost in the woods just three days before hunting season begins. Forced to "rough it" in the great outdoors, Boog goes native, rallying all the forest animals to take back their home

Is it actually possible for one console to have too many good first-person shooters? We’re starting to reach that point, here.
You might know 2015 as the developers of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and its expansion pack Spearhead, published by EA. They have taken that experience, used it to make Men of Valor, another high-intensity, ruthlessly difficult, accurate-to-a-fault first-person shooter, and switched publisher to Vivendi.
You’ll be going in-country as Dean Shepherd, a black Marine, during the early stages of the Vietnam War. To fight the Vietcong, you’ll be rescuing

PS2/Xbox Preview - 'Red Ninja: End of Honor'

Thanks to my alarming ninja fetish, I’ve been looking forward to Red Ninja: End of Honor for a while now. Any game starring a female ninja will automatically grab my attention, for some strange and undoubtedly psychologically significant reason, and Red Ninja raises the ante in many significant ways.
For one thing, it is extraordinarily and unapologetically violent. The story, written by the Japanese writer/director Shinsuke Sato (Princess Blade; if you ever have the chance, check it out), is another bleak tale of a cycle of revenge, with

It’s been a week since the world has heard from the small Eastern European kingdom of Villtania. As scattered refugee reports surface, the world learns of monstrous devastation and biogeocenosis experiments summoned by Raimond, Villtania’s leading sorcerer. The once beautiful Villtanian countryside now runs red with the blood of its people. The United Nations declares an international emergency and offers a huge reward to any hot-shot mercenaries brave enough to restore order to Villtania. PS2/Xbox Preview - '187 Ride or Die'
by Rainier on Jan. 1, 2006 @ 1:30 a.m. PST | Filed under E3 - Post - E3 2005

Genre: Driving
Publisher: Ubisoft
Developer: Ubisoft
Release Date: July 19, 2005
Come and die… come and Die with me! Those lyrics by rapper Fatal come to mind when playing 187: Ride or Die. Taking you into an over-the-top experience, the game resembles the gangland feel of the movie Judgement Night, where there’s excitement, danger and mayhem, but it’s a little too much to be seriously scary. Ubisoft hits this point intentionally in its development of 187. Officially set to release in Q3 of this year, the game is a driver, but definitely not in competition with the current field

Enjoy an unprecedented level of interaction with the background: shoot CDs and books off of store shelves, burn racks of clothing, break glass, or slice through metal bars. Blaze through levels using double-gun shooting action with two GunCon2s to take down enemies. Several gameplay modes and score rankings add to the game's replayability.
