Dutch publisher Lighthouse Interactive today announced that they have signed a deal to publish Vertex4's upcoming RTS PC game, SunAge. The deal will see Lighthouse publishing the title throughout all territories within Europe as well as Russia.

Activision has inked award-winning film and television composer Graeme Revell to score the soundtracks for Call of Duty 2 (X360/PC) and Call of Duty 2: Big Red One (NGC/PS2/Xbox). Revell's credits include films such as Sin City, Chronicles of Riddick, The Insider and The Saint.

The Age of Empires III Collector's Edition includes a hardbound 210-page "The Art of Empires" book, a "making of" DVD with behind-the-scenes video and commentary, the official soundtrack, a huge (43" x 27") full-color poster of concept art painted by Craig Mullins, an exclusive player's guide, and a Collector's Edition game manual. It's available now for pre-order for $69.99.

Today at the German Games Convention, Microsoft revealed that consumers can get their hands on the Xbox 360 for as little as $299.99 starting this holiday season. The $299 version will come with a wired controller but will not have the 20-gigabyte hard-disc drive, wireless controller, headset, Ethernet cable and wireless television remote control included in the $399 version.

Elveon, the current project of 10TACLE Studios Slovakia, was unveiled at the Games Convention in Germany. For the past year, the 40-person team led by Juergen Reusswig and Slavo Hazucha has been working on the development of this epic action game with a vengeance. The game is supposed to be released for PC and next-generation consoles in the summer of 2007.

An adrenaline-pumping action game developed in the Finnish woods in secrecy for almost two years, Shadowgrounds strikes from the darkness with a flash of light in 2005. The game features upgradeable weapons, lighting based gameplay and an epic storyline with strong characters.

With the horror-action-adventure Black Buccaneer, 10tacle Studios takes you to the world of pirates and dark voodoo powers at the Games Convention in Germany. Expected in the spring of 2006, the multi platform-title of the French development team Widescreen Games will bring hot action as well as cold shivers to the players.

Namco announced today that Dig Dug Digging Strike is headed to the Nintendo DS this Fall. This 3D adventure combines the classic arcade digging action with new baddies, environments, weapons, mini-games and strategies to deliver the most action-packed "Dig Dug" game to date.

Konami of Europe has announced that its forthcoming Castlevania: Curse of Darkness will be released in Q1 2006. Curse of Darkness introduces players to an entirely new storyline and main character – Hector, one of two Devil Forgemasters, who had once refined his skills under Dracula.

10TACLE Studios announced today that it has signed an agreement with Stormregion for Codename Panzers II, which will be developed from scratch and even leave the World War II scenario. The game is schedule for release on the PC in 2008, but adaptations to other gaming consoles are being discussed.
