In Gladius, players may choose to take on the role of Ursula or Valens. Ursula, from the northern land of Nordagh, is the daughter of a great barbarian king. Valens is the son of one of Imperia's greatest gladiators. A bloody conflict between their two homelands gave rise to a vengeful dark god, which nearly destroyed all of mankind. Besieger is a realtime 3D strategy game that is under developement at Primal Software. (It's based on the same engine as The I of the Dragon with some new features) Now they released their first gameplay video. It's three minutes long, about 30 megabytes in size and requires DivX codec version 5 to play.

In recognition of the concerns and sensitivities which have been raised, Eidos and the developers, IO Interactive, have responded in both a socially and commercially responsible manner by:

• removing from the Hitman 2 website all relevant images and content;
  
• taking steps to amend the game on all existing platforms;

Wargaming.net announces the development of Massive Assault, the first 3D global domination strategy game. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, will debut on the Xbox video game system this fall and release on PC early 2003.
