LucasArts send us a bunch of screens and artwork from their upcoming role playing game (RPG), Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, that will debut on the Xbox video game system this fall and release on PC early 2003. We just recived the news from ANNO 1503 A.D. team about that they updated the King's Tale with Part XVII: Averse Weather and Pyramids. Here follows a snip from the update:

Blizzard Entertainment, along with its parent company Vivendi Universal Games, late Friday sued a small Internet Service Provider and its owner for distributing free software that emulates Blizzard's free Battle.net gaming service. The lawsuit claims that the creation and offering of the "bnetd" free software emulator for Blizzard games violates copyright and trademark laws.

So i picked up 3DO's Army Men : RTS and plunged myself into the world of toy soldiers ... I used to have those little green toys by the dozens 20 years ago and loved playing with them. I actually never tried any of the previous Army Men games but since this one is a real time strategy game i had to give it a whirl ... Finished the campaign and the battles (aprox 25 missions in all). Check out the screens!
