In a recent interview with GameSpy, EA Maxis frontman Will Wright revealed that his upcoming Spore product is not only coming to PC, but currently also in development for PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii. A little while back a job listing popped up to fill a design position, specifically to work on Spore for handhelds, which might indicate that NDS and PSP versions of Will Wright's new sim game are also in the works.
