The Federal Trade Commission said it supports the video game industry's self-regulation of violent content but also stated an undercover sting operation revealed too many U.S. children (43%, down from 69% in 2003) are still able to buy Mature-rated games in stores.

Originally scheduled for May 2006, the lack of funding forced Faraway Studios, who are not full time developers, to delay the project until Winter 2006.
