A few days ago the 3DO Company announced its High Heat video game playoff simulation results. Last year at this time, High Heat accurately predicted the Arizona Diamondbacks World Series victory over the Yankees. This year, according to the average results of 15 playoff simulations, the Yankees will return to glory. The Yankees won the World Series in 53.33% of the simulations (8 times) while the Giants won 26.67% (4 times). Not coincidentally, High Heat also predicted before the 2002 season began that the New York Yankees would be named World Champions in October, defeating the San Francisco Giants. Losing 3 games in a row in a best of 5 series, the Yankees have been DISQUALIFIED.. They are OUT of here! 'High Heat Major League Baseball 2003' predicted it dead wrong. Noticed on FileShack there's been some UT2003 goodies today. First off, the Unreal Tournament 2003 stand-alone server for Windows and Linux have been released. You will need to get a cd-key from Epic to run it. And also the original Unreal Tournament 2003 3DStudio MAX character source files are being offered on PolyCount. They were created using 3D Studio Max R4 with Character Studio so you'll need that in order to play around with them.
