If It's Death That You're Really Afraid Of, Why Should You Care About What It Is That Kills You?

by Rainier on March 23, 2011 @ 12:00 a.m. PDT | Filed under MOTD

Last night, we went to see the "Rock Of Ages" musical — not to be confused with Atlus' game — and it was awesome and quite funny.

I've downloaded Crysis 2 but haven't had a chance to check it out yet. From what I've read on forums, a lot of people are having login issues. The fact that the game lacks decent video options makes you wonder, and for now, it only supports DirectX9, which is totally weird.

Apart from that, I've been playing some Homefront multiplayer, and while it's quite Call Of Duty-esque, it's still unique enough to be fun. The campaign was indeed rather short, and Kaos already hinted that it will be making the story longer in the sequel.

'Rock of Ages' (ALL) - Screens

by Rainier on March 22, 2011 @ 3:20 p.m. PDT | Filed under News

Rock of Ages is a game of fast-paced strategy, high art... and gigantic boulders of doom. Two castles stand opposed, bridged by an uneven, narrow pathway. One is yours, the other is your enemy's, and their crappy crenelations are driving down your property values,  justification enough to try crush it using an enormous rolling stone.
