Need for Speed is not dead. EA announced that no less than four new titles are in development for the franchise over the next 12 months as the property expands to new platforms, new categories and new media.

The Last Remnant is Square Enix's latest single-player RPG game, powered by the Unreal Engine 3, with two main characters, each one appealing to a specific territory.

Simon the Sorcerer 5 sends adventurers to a futuristic game world, in which they experience a turbulent backward journey through history in order to help Simon to recover his memory.

You dive off a skyscraper, relying on quick reflexes to negotiate the intricate tangle of girders that make up the City. You perform aerial stunts at terminal velocity before parachuting into the arms of your cheering fans. While other skydivers have it easy, you have to earn the adoration of the crowds by gliding within an eyelash of that glass super skyscraper at 70 miles per hour.

Aksys Games will be exhibiting at New York Comic Con (Feb. 6-8) and showing off Bit.Trip Beat for the first time, its North American import Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus, and Blazblue. At NYCC, Aksys plans to have a Blazblue Regional Tournament along with a Bit.Trip Beat High Score Attack Contest. Stop on by, and you might get some Blazblue goodies as well!
