Volition, Inc.'s third-person shooter franchise will make its open-world, next-gen debut with Red Faction: Guerrilla. Set 50 years after the climactic events of the original Red Faction, this third-person open-world action-shooter will return to Mars and once again re-define the limits of destruction-based game-play.

Space Invaders Get Even is an upcoming video game by Taito originally intended as a retail release, but will now be released as a downloadable WiiWare game. Space Invaders Get Even puts a twist on the formula by letting the player control the space invaders themselves.

The samba-inspired rhythm music game made popular in the arcades is shaking its way onto the Wii! Keeping the beat with over 40 songs on a Samba-inspired sound track, players shake the Wii Remote and Nunchuk like maracas and compete with friends to see who has the best moves. Samba De Amigo will be the first Wii title to get downloadable content when it releases mid Sept.

Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning will bring Games Workshop's fantasy world to life in a way that will allow players to create characters destined for great deeds and glory on the field of battle.

Sony has rolled out new PlayStation Store content starting with Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty ($14.99), stay on top with the latest sports scores with EA SPORTS Live Score Tracker ($0.99), Kratos character for Hot Shots Golf Out Of Bounds ($1.99), HAZE Domination Pack (4 new maps, 1 new mode, free), GH III Dragonforce Track Pack ($6.25), Rock Band New Wave pack, demos for The Last Guy, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, and NFL Head Coach 09. Paradox Interactive Dark Horizon is a stark and atmospheric space combat simulation that aims to hurl its audience through an action-packed adventure, piloting its own ship through the perils that only space could have to offer.

Guitar Hero: World Tour will feature guitar, vocals, drums, the ability to create your own songs (and upload them on GHTunes), four-player on/offline co-op, and an eight-player battle of the bands multiplayer mode (4vs4). Not only will the new GH title have a Wii-exclusive Mii Freestyle mode and a host of European-specific tracks, but Activision also revealed that it plans on adding one extra instrument to the lineup. While no specifics were given, Neversoft director Brain Bright said it will be used for the music creation mode, which fueled speculation that it may be a keyboard.

Art of Murder: Hunt for the Puppeteer is a point & click adventure where the player takes on the role of an FBI agent, whose task is to solve a series of macabre murders of wealthy, well-to-do citizens. In this second installment you reprise the role of Nicole Bonnet, who is tasked with finding a serial killer who's calling card is leaving 17th century dolls at the crime scene.
